Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us in unworn condition, with hygiene sticker and label attached, by post within 14 days of receipt. Please take care trying on garments and handle and repackage the items with care. We will not be able to refund if the item has been worn, hygiene sticker or label removed, washed or altered from it’s original condition in any way.

  • Personalised or worn garments cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size/colour before purchasing.
  • We cannot refund Gift Vouchers.
  • In the unlikely event your product is faulty, please firstly contact us about your issue before returning it and make sure that the item has been thoroughly washed as we are unable to look at any unwashed or soiled items. Faulty goods may be returned at any time up to 30 days of original purchase.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift voucher, the gift voucher will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Bespoke and personalised orders are non returnable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.
